CORONAVIRUS COEXISTENCE DAY 97

Coronavirus Coexistence DAY 97 Wednesday, 1June 7, 2020

Today has been a busy, busy day, one of those where you say, “I need 3 more lives to catch up.” I’ve done everything, I think (well, there are a few things I still have to do, hahahaha). The first thing was this morning at nine in the morning; my daughter and I were trying to enroll her in the school of the Arts. It seems that her high school is one of the few that offers an Arts program and there is a high demand. They don’t give preference to those who are already studying at the high school, so it’s “First come, first served.” It was like giving birth trying to sign up, the website was crashing, we didn´t quite know what documents they were asking us for, we were missing paperwork and documents… We were both sweating, fighting, yelling at each other… It was super fun. Hahaha

I think we filled out everything correctly, now we just have to wait to see if they give her a slot… And today, she got her grades, a 10 in Art (that’s why he will go to Art School hahaha) and the rest of the grades of 7 up. I am very proud of my little Gremlin. As for the other Gremlin, I didn’t mention it before, but he goes at his own pace. In a couple of weeks he has make up exams, let’s see if he finally gets his high school diploma. He says, “Mom, it doesn’t matter if I repeat it again. “Do you see me prepared to go to the university?” And I respond: Well now that you say it and thinking about it coldly, no, my son, go back to elementary school, you will be happier.” In the note of his grades, all the teachers agree that he is a bright child but very lazy…

The morning started like this and lunchtime ended like this, as you see. I’m not saying anything anymore, this house is crazy. I try to hide in my interviewcave and forget about what is happening on the other side….

In the afternoon, luckily, my day improved with the mega interview with Piro Pendas (my father’s cousin, who I didn’t even know existed). He is a super interesting guy with many experiences and stories to tell…

My costume, as always, was great, but I was incredibly freaking hot. Between that and the sunglasses, I couldn’t see anything, I had a bit of a bad time trying to concentrate on the interview questions…

Luckily, the evening was calmer, preparing for tomorrow’s mega work meeting and then going to renew the Gremlins IDs and passports… I’m sure tomorrow I’ll have something interesting to tell you about both things, hahahaha…

Daily reflection: I’m a little dizzy these days (not literally), my head is spinning and spinning. I have a thousand ideas, intentions, dreams and hopes, and I want to take action with everything, but I have to stop because I can’t cope with everything. My priorities are priorities. Here is my reflection: I think that a life full of passion fills us with energy, even if we cannot do everything we want. The simple fact of feeling that sensation of wanting to give everything, being in constant movement, is what gives us “fuel” in the body. For me, it is the engine of life. I can’t imagine a day without passion, whatever passion it may be.

“Discover your passion, dream about it, enjoy it and live within it every day.”
