CORONAVIRUS COEXISTENCE DAY 65

Coronavirus Coexistence DAY 65 Saturday, May 16, 2020

Today is cleaning day, like every Saturday, but with a little more energy, because next week we will be somewhat FREE! I’m not going to go crazy (that has already happened), but I am looking forward to seeing my friends and saying hello to them from a 2 meters distance. The only thing I’m worried about is how I’m going to drink beer with the mask on. This has kept me up several nights, so I decided to do some research to see if anyone had come up with anything about this.

I have so many things to tell you today. You know I love avatars, I use Bitmoji avatars to create the covers of my chronicles, so when Facebook offered me to create an avatar for comments, I didn’t hesitate… hahaha. Creating the avatar is a bit of a pain in the ass and time consuming. You have to choose the color of your skin, the shape of your face, the color of your hair; whether you wear glasses or not, the shape of your nose and mouth, and you can even choose to add wrinkles … Anyway, I think that if you’re going to create an avatar, make it at least prettier that you. I already have wrinkles and enough curves in real life, so my avatar is perfect. Do you like it? I see myself… well, I want to see myself like this, and this is how I will see myself, whether you like it or not…

And as always, my interviews. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I don’t stop for a single day. My challenge was and continues to be to conduct one interview a day in May and that is what I am doing. It’s a lot of work, but I really enjoy that part of the day, where I get to dress up and talk to my friends. As Zineb said in her interview today, I’m a lucky person to have so many great friends who take 30 minutes to chat with me and tell me about their lives. Thank you, thank you and thank you all. Here is today’s interview…

I think today’s costume is one of my favorites so far. As you can see, I look just like Zineb… hahaha, almost the same height, hahahaha. But as she says, with the two buns you feel young and ready to take on the world. I see myself as a basketball player. What do you think? I must say that when I took out the buns, I had to pull out a good chunk of hair and it gave me a headache…hahahaha, but who cares people, really how cute did I look? I get better and better with each costume. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but since you’re not telling me anything anymore, I have to cheer myself up. Don’t worry, I’m doing very well. You guys go on with your things, everything is fine here.

Finally, I have to say today I was brave and went out again with my prudent neighborfriend, who I think is getting closer to killing me. Today we almost arrived at Campello when she all of a sudden says, Oh my, if we are still in phase 0, they can fine us if we cross the perimeter.” And I (who was already wishing to die), said to her: “You’re right, we better go back quickly.” Inside, I thought, “Thank goodness we are still in phase 0, because if not, that woman would have taken me to Benidorm.” So while I’m excited to move on to Phase 1, I’m a little scared now (I tried to hide from her). And, on the other hand, I told her: You didn’t want to jump in puddles yesterday, girl, get out of your comfort zone, you have to do something crazy” (anything but kill me, I thought inside). But I got her to get up on the bench in the paseo and do a ballet pose. Then she said, “Hurry up, take the photo in case the police come, because I don’t think we can touch anything”.Anyway, I give up…

Don’t I look like a dwarf? ha ha ha. And, what do you think of my neighborfriend? You can see how cautious she is with a scarf in May… well, we’ll see what happens tomorrow…

Daily reflection: Young is the one who fills his days with wonder, looking at everything as if it were the first time he sees it. Young is the person who lives in the present, so time never passes. Young is the spirit that we have carried inside us since we are born and that is pure sensation. The days go by, the years go by, but it is you who keeps the rhythm of your young soul.
